An innovative and supportive company based in London, specialising in Super Prime Resi is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running high end residential projects for some very prestigious clients and looking out for junior staff members within the residential team. You will handle both pre and post contract duties, contributing to the overall success of various projects.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing project budgets and costs
  • Overseeing tender and contract documentation
  • Providing support to junior staff
  • Conducting regular project reviews
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Ideally have experience working on High End Residential projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice/consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
